HERO MISSION: NATHAN HALTERMAN
Heart of a Warrior
10.40.10 is honored to announce Nathan Halterman, son of 10.40.10 community member Lesly Bernstein Ravenscraft, as the Hero for this Train American Hero Mission.
At the tender age of six, Nathan was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy- a progressive degenerative muscle disease that robbed him of his ability to complete daily tasks that many of us take for granted. Nathan passed away at the age of 22, and is remembered for his HEART OF A WARRIOR, love for others, passion for sports, unparalleled strength, contagious laugh, and attachment to 80's rock.
November 30th is the 3-year anniversary of his passing. This Hero Mission will honor him, and his fighting spirit that lives on through those who loved and knew him.

THE HERO MISSION WORKOUT
TEAMS OF 3 COMPLETING ROUNDS AGAINST A CLOCK
33 Minute WAR: Work and Repeat
Teams of 3 working as a team to complete as many rounds as possible
Exercises: Rowing, Sit-ups, and Kettlebell Thrusters
In typical 10.40.10 fashion, prepare for a 10 minute warm-up and a 10 minute cool down.

Select your Heat: 9:00 am (FULL), 10:30 am, or 12:00pm
16 teams in each Heat
All Heats will host identical workout
Assure all team members register for the same heat
Receive email and text confirmation after registration is complete

1:15 pm: Challenge Coin Ceremony and Mission Wrap-up
2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Hero Mission After Party

Let's unite as a country to take back what it means to be an American through safe and intelligent fitness. One community coming together to honor, support, and remember.
Each Hero Mission is a strenuous workout that honors one of our heroes. It could be a fallen soldier, a first responder, a community hero. The limit on what a “hero” means to us is endless.
GOAL: Finish the workout, honor our hero, raise money for charity, and earn a coveted Challenge Coin. Your mission is to earn as many of these challenge coins as possible by completing all Hero Missions.
